Dikson - Oxygen 30 Vol. 250ml is a 250ml professional oxidizing emulsion with 30 volumes (9% hydrogen peroxide), used as a chemical activator in hair coloring and lightening processes .
This emulsion is not a product to be used alone: it should be mixed with oxidative dyes or bleaching powders/creams to activate the coloring pigments or promote hair lightening. The 30-volume concentration is recommended for lightening hair by approximately 2-3 shades compared to the natural color, but it should be chosen based on the desired result and the health of the hair.
